Ji-ari Shakuhachi 1.7 in Eb – Hirosawa Seiki

Beautiful high end shakuhachi from a renown maker (student of Kawase Junsuke I) active during the first half of XXth century; this instrument is probably a late one. The bamboo is gorgeous.
This Ji-ari has a thin bore precisely crafted giving a very bright and powerful tone with an excellent response. It plays easily until high notes of Dai-kan.
I sell this instrument for Thomas J. friend and student of Gunnar; the payment will be made to him.
