Voici maintenant un atelier mensuel que je propose au sein de l&rsquo;espace bien \u00eatre de Figeac \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesourireinterieur.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le sourire int\u00e9rieur<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Intitul\u00e9 <em><strong>Atelier Suizen<\/strong><\/em> car ax\u00e9 sur le <strong>travail du souffle et du son dans une approche m\u00e9ditative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Il se d\u00e9roulera tous les <strong>premiers Vendredi du mois de 20h \u00e0 21h30<\/strong><\/p>\n<div  class='flex_column position des l\u00e8vres et la mani\u00e8re de projeter le souffle.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le son apprivois\u00e9, diff\u00e9rents exercices permettront d&rsquo;en d\u00e9couvrir les modulations column-top-margin'     ><p>Ces s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;une heure et demi seront compos\u00e9es ainsi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Premi\u00e8re partie d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 des exercices visant \u00e0 comprendre de quelle mani\u00e8re le souffle, l&#8217;embouchure et les doigt\u00e9s permettent de moduler les diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques du son.<\/li>\n<li>Deuxi\u00e8me partie sous forme de m\u00e9ditation active avec la flute o\u00f9 l&rsquo;attention est port\u00e9e sur le souffle-son et ses effets.<\/li>\n<li>Chaque s\u00e9ance se terminera par une m\u00e9ditation sonore \u00e0
