Made from a beautiful piece of Madake bambou with a gorgeous root end, this long ji-ari shakuhachi has a warm and wooded tone-color.
It is well balanced in all registers and offers a comfortable playing and response.
I don’t have informations on the maker Chikushu but it is clearly of a high standard.
Possible to close the 2 extra holes on demand.
