I have worked the bore design of this Ji-ari on the base of a great Shinzan 1.6.
The result is a powerful, wide sound and very flexible shakuhachi.
The bamboo, lightweight and resonant, with its big tone-holes gives a great versatile concert instrument able to play either traditional or contemporary music.
